Freight Shipments
Most items ship directly from the manufacturer. Orders including over-sized items (assembled dressers or purchases with multiple furniture pieces) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. These carriers will unload your shipment from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

White Glove delivery may or may not be an option for all of our furniture products so it is important that you contact us prior to placing your order if you are in need of these types of delivery services. A signature is almost always required, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment.

Damaged Goods
Upon delivery -- PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES WHILE THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS STILL THERE AND BEFORE THEY SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. It is your responsibility to make note of any damage at the time of delivery. You can either refuse the damaged box, or mark it on the delivery receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: If damage to a box or an item is not made note of on the delivery receipt, a replacement can NOT be issued. Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of the delivery.
