*FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75
We offer FREE ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states on orders over $75. However, a few of our vendors require that we charge shipping on their products so in some cases we charge the very minimum amount agreed upon with that vendor. We do charge shipping on orders over $100 going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico depending on the products.
Most merchandise is shipped domestically via FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS Ground. Actual shipping time can take up to 7 business days. Oversized orders and orders to HI or AK may be charged additional shipping fees.
Items ordered will ship AS-READY and may not arrive together.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the particular products in your order. We calculate the cost on the basis of the product's weight, size, and shipping distance.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO.
Special Handling Requirements
Any special surcharges for oversized and heavy items are shown on the items description page on our website. The amount of that charge is added into the price of the item. These items usually ship directly from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Merchandise Availability & Backorders
When an item is added to your shopping cart and is unavailable it will be stated with *** on the description of that product. You can still buy the product and we will ship it to you as soon as it's available. We will notify you through email as soon as it becomes available.
By placing a backorder, you enable us to ship the item to you as soon as it is available.
Damaged Or Defective Merchandise
We take great pride in the quality of the merchandise we carry; therefore we take extreme care to pack shipments so they arrive safely and in excellent condition. In the rare instance that your merchandise arrives in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, you must immediately notify our Customer Care department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a return, replacement and/or a credit/refund.
Please note that notification must be made within 72 hours of receiving your items.
At the present time, Liapela does not offer international shipping for customers outside of the United States. If you are in another country and you wish to purchase our products, we are able to send the products to a freight carrier of your choice, and under your direction -- they can handle the shipping to countries outside the United States.
However, once the products have been delivered to the carrier, we cannot be responsible for the products or the date of arrival to your desired country. Please note that all product warranties are valid in the United States ONLY – and that warranty claims are handled through the vendor (not Liapela) therefore if you need to make a warranty claim, your replacement product or parts can only be shipped to a U.S. address.
Other options for shipping internationally include sending the products to trusted friends or relatives and have them send the products to your destination after they’ve received it. - - Click on “Store Pick Up” and you will see both Liapela store locations
- - Select the location nearest to you
- - Proceed to complete your order.
- - You will receive a confirmation email with your order.
- - Pick up your order from our store
IMPORTANT for your safety and to avoid fraud, all Store Pick up orders must be collected by the credit card holder with corresponding I.D. without this, the order will NOT be released.
Note Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for confirmation of item availability and for pick up status. Most orders placed before 2PM Eastern Standard Time will be available for pick up the following weekday.
