Care Specifications -Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or heat to prevent fading and/or cracking of the fabric -Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaning products -Vacuum micro suede and wipe bonded leather regularly to remove dust and dirt -Avoid wearing dark denim or other dark clothing while sitting in a light-colored chair
How to spot clean -Gently blot the stain with a clean white cloth -Lather a clean white cloth or soft brush using bit of a mild soap and water solution and gently wipe the area using short circular motions -Blot the area with a rung out damp cloth to remove any residue -Clean with a fresh dry cloth and allow to dry

Freight Shipments Most items ship directly from the manufacturer. Orders including over-sized items (assembled dressers or purchases with multiple furniture pieces) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. These carriers will unload your shipment from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.
White Glove delivery may or may not be an option for all of our furniture products so it is important that you contact us prior to placing your order if you are in need of these types of delivery services. A signature is almost always required, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment.
Damaged Goods Upon delivery -- PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES WHILE THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS STILL THERE AND BEFORE THEY SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. It is your responsibility to make note of any damage at the time of delivery. You can either refuse the damaged box, or mark it on the delivery receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: If damage to a box or an item is not made note of on the delivery receipt, a replacement can NOT be issued.Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of the delivery. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted (as stated above) with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim.
Report your claim immediately by calling Liapela at (305)441-0658 or by sending us an email to email@example.com with at least 3 digital photos showing the damaged products. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed. Please keep all damaged packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along with all inside contents. Without this Liapela will be unable to file a claim.
